How Does Chlorine Dioxide Work?

CLO2 eliminates odors in almost any area by oxidizing unwanted compounds and microbes. In fact, it is attracted to negatively charged odor molecules like a magnet. CL02 being many times smaller than Ozone or any other "Deodorizing Compound" means it is able to penetrate into surfaces and remove all odor causing organics thus removing any chance of odors returning after treatment. It can break the molecular bonds of cell membranes and disrupt enzymatic function, removing microorganisms in large numbers, quickly. Although similar in name to chlorine, it does not produce the same environmentally harmful byproducts.

When properly used to treat your home or apartment, automobile, RV or any other enclosed space, it will eliminate all odors and sanitize the air, surfaces and all porous items like mattresses, curtains, cushions, rugs, and in your walls, floors, and ceilings. In a car, SUV, or RV, CLO2 vapors can permeate all nooks and crannies in carpets and floor mats, seat cushions, visors, glove compartments, and more, including parts of your AC system. But in addition to a natural odor eliminator, CLO2 also acts as a disinfectant thanks to proven bactericidal, fungicidal, and viricidal properties. Therefore the treated area is not just free of odors, it is effectively and thoroughly sanitized.

Odors, viruses, pests and their eggs all fall to the mighty CL02 system.

To date, no organism tested against chlorine dioxide gas has proved resistant.

Make no mistake, CL02 is NOT Bleach.

Better than bleach, it is 2.6 times more effective than chlorine. Of greater importance is the fact that chlorine dioxide will not react with many organic compounds, and as a result it does not produce environmentally dangerous chlorinated organics.

Better than Ozone for many reasons. First, it is several times more effective because it reaches a greater depth into surfaces eliminating more organic compounds completely. Second, it does not generate toxic Bromate, a well known carcinogenic, nor does it generate large quantities of Aldehydes making the process much safer for humans and pets alike while also not leaving that Ozone musk smell behind.

This makes CL02 much more desirable for use as it is environmentally inert in odor control usage.

Chlorine Dioxide has been recognized as a disinfectant since the early 1900s and has been approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for many applications. It has been demonstrated effective as a broad spectrum, bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal agent, as well as a deodorizer rendering it an effective sanitizer.

$150 per bedroom plus $1.00 per square foot up to 14ft ceilings

When possible, this includes cleaning and sanitizing the AC coils and reachable ducts.

Contaminated areas such as pet urine or other fluids are a spot-by-spot price. Usually, $50 to $250 for severe contaminations.

Bedbug treatments are by quote only.

Return visits, almost never needed, are usually free.

We will need full access to all areas to be treated; hot water and the AC/Heat must be operational for proper treatment.

The area should be free of any garbage or other contaminated material.

We must treat before any painting is done, or 60 days after painting.

Occupied areas are treatable and are done by quote only.
